To book a shoot, Web Video Ninja requires a 50% down payment. We cannot guarantee any scheduled appointments until down payment is received and the online payment options make it easy for our clients to immediately reserve a timeslot. Your down payment also guarantees that we will book you for the next available timeslot in the event that you need to reschedule. (Sudden cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 10% Rebooking Fee.)

Depending upon our schedule, it is possible to book a video shoot within 24 hours, so don’t hesitate to call and ask when you’re in a time crunch. On the average, a client can book an appointment within 7 to 14 days.

We will give you a full set of instructions for preparation determined by the type of shoot we will be doing. For example, we recommend to anyone going in front of the camera to bring a few changes of clothing in case something doesn’t look right on camera. Clean the areas where we will be shooting and let people know when we will be there so that they are prepared to be quiet and stay out of the frame.

Once we have decided upon the cost of your project, it’s easy to pay for our services using the PayPal shopping cart and “Buy Now” buttons included on this website. For custom project pricing that may require more inclusions, we can simply send a “Request For Payment” listing all the details on the job and work to be performed. Checks and money orders are also accepted.

A 10% discount will be given on any project that is fully paid in advance.
